About us

About Us

Louman Supports started with a simple frustration: too many people were being handed a roster instead of a relationship. We built the provider we wished our own family had — responsive, warm and genuinely accountable.

Today we focus on one thing: NDIS support coordination — connecting participants with the right providers, making plans make sense, and answering the phone.

What we stand for

Fun is part of the job

Support should feel like time with someone who gets you — not a clinical appointment.

Safe and accountable

NDIS Practice Standards, screened workers, clear incident processes and honest reporting.

Consistency you can feel

Small, matched teams so you're not re-explaining your routine to a new face every week.

Goals, not tasks

Every shift ties back to something you actually want — independence, connection, confidence.

Our story

How Louman Supports started

Louman Supports began around a kitchen table, after watching people we love get handed a plan full of jargon and left to work it out alone. Calls went unanswered, reports went unread, and the people at the centre of it all felt like paperwork.

We knew coordination could feel different. So we built a small provider with a simple promise: answer the phone, explain things in plain language, and only recommend providers we'd be happy to send our own family to.

Today we support participants across Brisbane and Melbourne with NDIS support coordination — helping people understand their plans, use their funding well, and build a team that shows up. We keep our numbers deliberately small so every person we work with gets real time and attention.

Portrait of Louise, Director & Case Manager at Louman Supports

Louise

Director & Case Manager

Louise is the person who actually picks up the phone when something feels off. She runs our case management with heart, checks in because she means it, and won't rest until participants and their families feel genuinely looked after.

Professional history
Her career started in hotel management, where she learned that great service is really about reading people. She then ran a busy doctor's clinic in Melbourne before finding her true calling in disability support — spending the last four years building an NDIS registered provider from the ground up as a case manager, marketing officer and support worker.
Outside of work
Exploring walking trails, wrangling her two tiny dogs Simba and Kobe, and convincing herself that one more gym session is definitely worth it.
“We don't finish when we're tired, we finish when we're done.”

Manu

Finance & Participant Matching

Manu is the numbers person with a people instinct. He keeps the business financially sound, but his real passion is making sure every participant is matched with a worker who actually fits — because the right connection changes everything.

Professional history
Over the last four years Manu has helped build an NDIS registered company in Brisbane from the ground up, growing it to support more than 40 participants across a wide range of services. He's proud of what they've built, and even more excited about what's next for Louman Supports.
Outside of work
Getting lost in a good video game, chasing the perfect golf swing, and escaping to the bush for a weekend camp.
“If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won't be honest with greater responsibilities.”
